Karan Kothari is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kiya Global Solutions, leading the company's vision of delivering integrated business, finance, technology, and outsourcing services to organizations worldwide.
With over 15 years of experience spanning wealth management, corporate finance, accounting, outsourcing operations, business transformation, and strategic advisory, Karan has built and scaled businesses serving clients across multiple industries. Prior to founding Kiya Global Solutions, he held leadership positions in financial services and consulting, including roles at ICICI Bank and several entrepreneurial ventures.
Under his leadership, Kiya Global Solutions has expanded beyond traditional finance and accounting services to provide end-to-end solutions in US Taxation, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), IT Services, Microsoft Power Platform, Payroll Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Transformation.
Karan's mission is to help businesses improve operational efficiency, accelerate growth, and access world-class expertise through scalable outsourcing and technology-driven solutions.
